Like every Natural Wild Honey bottle, it’s cold-filtered rather than pasteurised — so the natural enzymes and antioxidants stay exactly as nature made them, with nothing added and nothing taken away.
Darker honey generally carries a bolder, more robust character with richer mineral notes compared to lighter variants, making this Very Dark bottle a deep, full-bodied choice for those who enjoy a more intense honey flavour.
