Like every Natural Wild Honey bottle, it’s cold-filtered rather than pasteurised — so the natural enzymes and antioxidants stay exactly as nature made them, with nothing added and nothing taken away.
Lighter honey generally carries a milder, more delicate flavour compared to darker variants, making this Light bottle a gentle, easygoing choice — ideal for those new to raw wild honey or who prefer a subtler taste.
